Today, i will be talking about is biss key. Basic Interoperable Scrambling System, usually known as BISS, is a satellite signal scrambling system. this system is used to encrypt satellite stations and hereby preventing unsubscribed user the privilege to view subscribed channels.
STEPS TO UNSCRAMBLE GHANA TV3 WITH BISS K*Y ON QSAT
Select the TV3 channel,goto to xcam
setup,open
patch,you will see biss key ,edit it or add
frequency you used in
tracking Multi tv.The next box under it leave it 0000,then enter the biss keys:
9E 37 79 4E B9 7F 4A 82
ON STRONG DECORDER
Go to TV3 channel first,Ensure you
activate patch first,by pressing 6969,then it will ask for pin/
password,then enter 6969 again,you will now see ON.This will
enable go to the next stage which is opening the channel
Select
the channel and press 8280 U get the biss page. Edit any of the string and input the same key in the above mention.
